Hope Necklace

The necklace grew out of Luis's story and the message that has stayed with him since the rescue: never lose hope, and believe that everything is still possible.

Bringing the Tikva installation together with a Star of David became a gift: on the day the installation was unveiled at Hostages Square, Luis received the first necklace from its designer, Oriya Tzahari. The next morning he spoke with her and asked to share the necklace far and wide, so it could give everyone hope.

The pendant is based on the Tikva (Hope) symbol, with a small Star of David worked into the design. An everyday piece, clean and delicate, that you can wear without explaining, and carry its meaning with you every day.
